- Shipping Time and Rules

Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability.

For miners

  1. The inventory miner will ship within 3 business days. In case of bulk orders we may take an extra day or two to ship the product via DHL Express / UPS / FedEx / TNT.
  2. The delivery date for pre-order miners depends on the factory's schedule. The estimated delivery time will be indicated on the order page, but delays may occur. If the factory delays production, the delivery of your miner will also be delayed.

For Liquid Cooling Equipment

Liquid cooling equipment is mostly shipped DDP by air and sea freight. We have warehouses in the USA, Europe, and other places. We will ask our customers for the nearest receiving airports and ports before shipment so that we can transfer the goods from the nearest location.

Shipping Services

  1. We offer ideal shipping methods for any requirement. We provide worldwide delivery: UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, etc. In addition, you can also pick up your order yourself at our warehouses if you prefer.
  2. We have three warehouses: Shenzhen warehouse, Hong Kong warehouse, and U.S. Warehouse. Orders will be shipped from one of these based on customers' requirements.
  3. For most areas, liquid cooling equipment will be shipped via sea freight. Ports and receiving points in different regions will incur different shipping charges. It is recommended that you contact customer service to confirm address details and calculate shipping costs before placing an order.

Note:

  1. In some countries, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping, including the United States, Canada, Dubai, and some EU countries. If you need DDP shipping, contact online customer service. Without DDP or normal shipping, we help you reduce your tax to make lower invoices. If you need this service, please tell us your requirements in advance.
  2. We accept self-pickup of your miners. Please confirm your arrival time and related information with us at least a day in advance.

Shipping Notice & Remote Area Fees

  1. For special shipping requests, please contact customer care. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, contact customer care promptly. We will work with logistics personnel to solve the problem.
  2. Shipping fees shown on our website are calculated based on standard (core) delivery areas and estimated by country, package weight, and dimensions. Because our system does not yet support precise postcode-based calculation for all regions, the displayed shipping cost applies only to core service areas.

    If your delivery address is classified as a non-core or remote area by the carrier (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.), an additional surcharge may be required. After you place an order, our sales manager will verify the address and inform you within 24 hours of any required fee difference and payment instructions. Your order will be shipped once the surcharge is confirmed.

    If you'd like to confirm in advance whether your address falls into a remote area category, please feel free to contact our online support team.

  3. Orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. You are responsible for any risks or expenses caused by changing the address after shipment.
  4. Please ensure that you provide the correct name, address, and contact information when placing an order to ensure successful delivery. In cases where parcels are returned as undeliverable, we will re-dispatch the order, but any additional charges ("Return Expenses") will be your responsibility.

- Taxes and Customs Duties

Customs Duties

The prices of products do not include shipping, customs duties, or other taxes. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable charges based on the laws and customs regulations of your country. If the mining equipment is delayed or returned due to insufficient documentation or other issues, the customer will bear all additional shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

We help you reduce your tax burden by providing lower invoices. We will do our best to ensure that taxes and/or customs duties do not have a significant impact on your overall price.

Notification

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the waybill number. You can also log in to your account to check your waybill number. You can click the link and visit the express company's official website to check your package shipment status.

Tracking Your Order

  1. Log in to your account and check "My Orders".
  2. Contact our customer care team.

Inspection and Sign

As our products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it's damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact customer care.

Once you (or someone else on your behalf) sign for the item, we will consider your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list.

The notes are as follows:

  1. The video must be continuous and uninterrupted, with no editing, to ensure that the goods are clearly and completely presented on camera.
  2. The video must clearly reflect the courier note, SN code on the box, and other important information.
  3. After unpacking the package, please check the item carefully to confirm that there is no problem. Then you can end the video.
  4. If there is a problem with the item, please show it in the video and explain it verbally.
